Salon du Chocolat Returns to Javits Center in New York City

Chocolate lovers, rejoice! The highly anticipated Salon du Chocolat New York is back from

Salon du Chocolat takes place March 21-23, 2025 at the Javits Center in New York City and will feature some of the biggest names in the culinary world, including baking demos from Ron Ben-Israel, George Duran, and Luis Amado. Attendees will also have a chance to connect with top industry brands, including Chef Rubber and the legendary Guittard Chocolate Company. For younger attendees, the show presents the Salon du Chocolat NYC “Bite-Sized” Kids Zone, where children of all ages can explore the chocolate-making process from bean to bar. Kids will have the chance to decorate and enjoy hand-made truffles from the beloved Roni-Sue’s Chocolates and get creative painting with cocoa butter, generously donated by the talented Daniel Domingo. Throughout the event, attendees can marvel at an impressive chocolate sculpture being carved over three days by the incredible Hakan Martensen. They can also try their hand at crafting in the exciting Fashionista Workshop by Moran Obivadi, where participants can make their own chocolate mannequin lollipop.

Salon du Chocolat is also proud to welcome Icing Smiles this year. A portion of all ticket sales will be donated to this inspiring non-profit, which provides custom celebration cakes to families impacted by the critical illness of a child.
