What is a Nixplay Smart Photo Frame?

Why is Nixplay Different Than Other Digital Photo Frames?
Many digital photo frames are just - okay - as far as quality and ease of use go. The images are not great and it's not usually easy to swap out photos when you want to. Digital photo frames of the past used to require memory cards or phone connections and it was a big pain, to be honest. Nixplay is NOT like that at all. There is nothing to plug into the frame from your phone, no memory cards, no memory sticks. All you need to do is download the Nixplay cloud app and connect the frame to your WiFi (which is actually really easy - instructions were very clear and done step by step right on the frame using a small remote control). Once your WiFi is synched to the frame, you can start adding photos right from your phone or from your photo storage. It has capability with most photo storage programs, including Instagram, Google Photos and even Alexa, just to name a few. I know, I know, another app, right? But I promise you this one is worth adding to your phone and you'll definitely use it with your frame.
Photo Sharing with Nixplay
You can share photos from frame to frame! So that means if you gift a frame to a family member, you can share your Nixplay photos right to their frame and vice versa. It is an easy set-up through the app to add family members and the ability to share photos. If you have more than one Nixplay frame in your house, you can also share photos between the frame. The app allows you to set up more than one frame and control which pictures you show on each frame with ease.

How is the Quality of Nixplay Smart Frame?
The photos displayed on the Nixplay frame are crystal clear. They have pretty transitions from photo to photo, too, not just fade-outs. It's like watching your own personal slide show! I love to create playlists to suit my mood (it's easy to change out what you want to feature on your frame by using the app- I have playlists for each season, our dog, our son, holidays, vacations, and more).
Ease of Use (Remote and App Capability)
It seems like such a small thing but I love the little remote control feature. I can use this to choose new photo playlists, change settings, change the photos, turn the frame off/on. I also love the fact that you can set the frame to motion sensor mode, so that it will go off/on without you even having to do anything (note that not all of the models offer the same kind of motion sensor, so be sure to compare models if this is something you are interested in).
Wall Mount or Free Standing
If you prefer to have your frame on the wall, Nixplay Smart Frame comes with wall mounting capability. If you prefer to keep it on a table or desk, there is a bendable cord behind it that makes the frame hard to knock over or tip over like a regular photo frame. It pretty much stands on its own without that typical little fold out flap that most regular frames have.

Nixplay also offers a premium service called Nixplay Plus. For a monthly fee, you can 'upgrade' you digital photo frame experience. Nixplay Plus offers you the ability to connect up to ten frames, up to 80% off prints, up to 1 minute video clips, family-sized storage, extended warranty, and the ability to share up to 50 playlists with friends and family.
